Terms that apply when you use the Cabelio Systems website.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by Ground Plane Studio, LLC for Cabelio Systems (this "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Separate terms apply to the Cabelio design and quoting platform at cabelio.com. Manufacturing services, purchase orders, and production work are governed by written agreements, quotes, and order documents we agree to with you, not by these Terms alone.

2. The Site

The Site provides general information about Cabelio Systems, our manufacturing capabilities, and how to request a quote. Content is for informational purposes. We may update or change the Site at any time without notice.

3. Quote requests and communications

Submitting a form on the Site or contacting us does not create a binding contract. Quotes, lead times, and specifications are not final until confirmed in writing under our normal sales and engineering process. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or data.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers that host it.
  • Use automated means (such as scrapers or bots) to access the Site in a way that overloads our systems or bypasses intended use, without our prior written consent.
  • Upload malware or content that infringes others' rights or is defamatory or abusive.

5. Intellectual property

The Site, including its text, graphics, logos, and layout, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute Site content for commercial use without our permission.

Technical information, drawings, and files you submit to us remain yours, subject to any separate agreement governing your project or order.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ground Plane Studio, LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or inability to use it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site (other than liability that cannot be limited under applicable law) shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) or the amount you paid us specifically for access to the Site in the twelve months before the claim, whichever is greater. The Site is free to use; in most cases the cap will be USD $100.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ground Plane Studio, LLC from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Links

The Site may link to third-party sites (including cabelio.com). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

10. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where preempted by federal law. Courts in Florida shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Site, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
